Important housing condition
The bedroom is part of an approved live-in-aide arrangement.
The room is available only through the Housing Authority-approved Section 8 live-in-aide arrangement. It is not a regular room rental or a separate lease. Living in the room depends on continued employment and Housing Authority approval.
Flexible and possible extra work
- Four additional direct-support hours are scheduled flexibly each week at $25 per hour. They may be divided into shorter shifts for school or another job.
- An optional paid 15-minute noon medication shift may be available.
- Additional approved fill-in shifts may be offered but are not guaranteed. Overtime is paid when required by law.
- The schedule may change if assessed support needs or DDS authorizations change.
- A regular $25-per-hour daytime shift may become available later, but it is not guaranteed.

This is employee work, not independent-contractor work.
This position supports one participant in California’s Self-Determination Program. MAINSL handles payroll and employment administration as the Financial Management Service.
